As of June 5th we can finally re-open! We have gotten through the list of clients who we had to cancel during our closure, as well as the list of people waiting for appointments. Please call if you would like to be scheduled. We will do our best to get back to you as soon as possible. We cannot accept new clients at the time.
While we are in the yellow phase, we have some new protocols to follow. Please take a moment to review them. Thank you!
Drop off: Please enter the gated area in front of the shop and close the gate behind you. As long as you have an appointment, we will be expecting you. We have just installed a video door bell, so please feel free to ring it when you arrive. Please DO NOT knock on the door or peer through the windows, only because it's dangerous for the dogs we are working on if they get excited. When we come out, we will use our slip lead on your pet and then you can remove their belongings and take them with you. Once your pet is secure with us, you may leave the gated area. Please shut the gate behind you.
Pick up: As usual, we will either give you a call or tell you a time to come back when your pet is ready. When you arrive please ring the doorbell and we will meet you outside with your pet. You can then put your pet's belongings back on and we will retrieve our slip lead.
Payment: We still will except all forms of payments, but will not require a signature for credit cards. If you are paying with cash or check, we ask that you give the exact amount that you want to give, because we are unable to do change at this time. We can bring our credit card machine outside for processing and will have a bin for cash and check payments.
Please do not enter the gated area while it is occupied with another client and try to follow social distancing rules when interacting with the staff. Thank you!!
