We are also extending our cancelation notice requirement from 24 hours to 48 hours to allow us enough time to adjust/fill our schedule. Any cancelations with less than 48 hours notice will incur a cancelation fee of 1/2 your pets grooming fee. This fee also extends to "no-shows" as well.
As a reminder, we also do not accept clients who arrive more than 10 minutes after their scheduled appointment time. We provide a specialty "in and out" service so that your pet's groom is completed as quickly as possible. This express style service keeps us on a very tight and efficient schedule.
We understand that our policies may sound harsh but this is our lively hood and we deserve the same respect you would want in the same situation. We also understand that emergencies happen. Please call us if you are going to arrive late, or can't make your appointment.
