In order to provide you and your pet the best possible service and products, we must increase our grooming prices. We do our best to maintain our prices, but as with everything, our operating and product costs go up as well.
Our prices are reflective of our specialized services, such as: providing you and your pet an “in and out, cage free” experience, maintaining and having the best equipment, and using the industry’s best products.
We pride ourselves on keeping up with trends, tools, products and education that the industry has to offer, in a clean well maintained salon. The amount of increase will be dictated by our operating costs and industry standards.
Please note that our services will be charged accordingly to the time we spend working with your pet and the following factors that may affect grooming process.
Any type of groom that requires a specialty cut or hand scissoring and blending
Blowing out and working with double coated breeds.
Any type of de-matting, whether it be, being able to be safely combed out or having to shave it off to give the coat a fresh start.
Working with young or senior dogs that may take longer than normal to groom.
Working with an aggressive or hard to handle pet.
Excessively overdue pets
In addition, “nail clip only” dogs will be $15.00 and will include both clipping and dremeling, shaving of the underside of paw pads, and a bow/bandana. *We will attempt to dremel all “nail-clip” only dogs, but will not force the process if the dog is excessively intolerant. Anal gland expression, without grooming service, will be $15.00 Anal gland expression, with grooming service, will be $10.00

We are proud to introduce our newest team member, Madelyn! Madelyn will be taking over Steph's former clientele. Thank you for your patience as we get her integrated into the shop procedures and as she meets your pups for the first time. We are hopeful that she will get right into the swing of things and will be a familiar face in the future!

We are extending our cancelation notice requirement from 24 hours to 48 hours to allow us enough time to adjust/fill our schedule. Any cancelations with less than 48 hours notice will incur a cancelation fee of 1/2 your pets grooming fee. This fee also extends to "no-shows" as well.
As a reminder, we also do not accept clients who arrive more than 10 minutes after their scheduled appointment time. We provide a specialty "in and out" service so that your pet's groom is completed as quickly as possible. This express style service keeps us on a very tight and efficient schedule.
We understand that our policies may sound harsh but this is our lively hood and we deserve the same respect you would want in the same situation. We also understand that emergencies happen. Please call us if you are going to arrive late, or can't make your appointment.
