*Late Arrivals*
For the respect and safety of other clients, those who arrive more than 10 minutes late to their scheduled appointment may not be accommodated and should expect to be rescheduled. We are a cage free environment and schedule our appointments with this luxury in mind. If you will be arriving a few minutes late, a courtesy call would be appreciated, so we do not release your appointment to someone else.
*Cancellations*
Kindly give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment so that we may fill it with another waiting client. Failure to do so will result in a charge of half your grooming fee, due upfront at your next appointment, before we begin grooming your dog. Without fair notice, we cannot fill your appointment, therefore leaving us with an empty spot, in which we lose income. Exceptions will be made for inclement weather and emergencies only,
